Your Role

As part of the Global Pricing Team, you will play a senior strategic role in shaping pricing frameworks that drive profitable growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and support executive decision-making across multiple regions. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, Product Owners, and Commercial Leadership to define and execute data-driven pricing strategies at scale.

The role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, business consulting, and cross-functional leadership. You will analyze macro market conditions, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance toidentifypricing opportunities and maximize revenue and profitability.

As a Senior Pricing Consultant, you will help define pricing challenges, connect analytical insights to broader business strategy, and provide practical recommendations that influence commercial decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, champion pricing initiatives, and contribute to the development of scalable pricing capabilities across the organization.

Education & Training

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience and bachelor's degree, or 1+ year of relevant work experience and master's degree.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Extensive experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, profitability optimization, and advanced commercial analytics.

  • Advancedexpertisein statistical modeling and quantitative techniques including regression, elasticity modeling, clustering, forecasting, optimization, and predictive analytics.

  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies including price optimization, price elasticity, customer segmentation, and demand modeling.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,600.00 - $133,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
