Summary: 

This position is responsible for OMG/LEO machines throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.
  • Makes adjustments and notifies Tooling personnel of the need for more complex machine adjustments.
  • Removes parts from the press and or labeler.
  • Loads and removes materials from the line can assist in changeover and inspects parts.
  • When necessary, will perform the same duties as other production employees and packers.
  • Packs plastic containers and eggs of various sizes into sleeves/boxes or proper pallet configuration.
  • Grinding scrap material out of sleeves.
  • Ability to accurately read and operate machine’s computer console.
  • Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.
  • Set up and install equipment as needed.
  • Housekeeping daily.
  • Completes all required paperwork and accurately enters production data into Insight.
  • Responsible for hourly retain rack checks.
  • Responsible for watching the quality of the product.
  • Other duties as assigned.   

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • + 1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.
