YOUR ROLE

Serve as a key leader in directing and managing the Company's inbound and outbound logistics operations, for Ground Domestic Teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Oversee all aspects of the site's activities to deliver high levels of service while maintaining profitability and cost efficiency, adhering strictly to Company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead, direct, and manage Company's inbound and outbound site operations, for Ground Domestic Team, to ensure that the operational staff execute service agreements at or above the customer's standards. Responsible for oversight of all customer deliveries and pickups of both B2B & B2C. Maximize profitability through customer service, maintaining effective and prompt communication, and addressing all pending matters with the customer in a timely manner. Manage revenue and expenses to meet budget constraints (i.e., oversight of ground domestic team's handling of billing, accounts payable & accounts receivables, as well as contractor settlements for Independent Contractors). Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, adjusting them as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels that align with operational demands and business objectives. Allocate work assignments effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and staff engagement. Ensure directives, rules, and procedures are effectively communicated to the operations staff. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of safety methods, practices, and programs to guarantee that freight is handled in a safe and timely manner using appropriate equipment and tools. Ensure a clean, professional, and safe working environment is maintained. Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently, meets compliance requirements, and is completed in a timely manner by administrative staff.
