SHIFT: Sunday - Wednesday (4:00am - 3:00pm)

Job Description: 

We are seeking a Fulfillment Manager in Goodyear, AZ to support our growing fulfillment needs. The Fulfillment Manager will take a hands-on approach and provide strategic operational leadership throughout production and fulfillment. We're searching for someone who is excited to build something extraordinary and share it with the world!

You will...

  • Provide leadership from the front lines daily and immerse yourself to improve productivity, promote growth, encourage new ideas, and inspire change
  • Lead a team of fulfillment supervisors and fulfillment workers to meet operational goals
  • Map out, guide and improve daily operations through engaging and directing the team to ensure accurate delivery of customer orders
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility compliance while meeting operational goals and improving production
  • Coordinate product flow to guide the efficient process of receiving, storing, and distributing materials to departments
  • Ensure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
  • Promote a customer-first environment focused on and committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers
  • Analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities, trends, and potential cost-saving improvements
  • Partner with Production Planning team to implement devised production plans and adjust sequencing based on business need

At a minimum, you have...

  • 5+ years of operations management experience within manufacturing or production plant (food/beverage/perishables/CPG/eComm)
  • 3+ years of experience managing 150-200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization
  • Inventory control management with a background in building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation)
  • Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing advocate (Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen certification)
  • Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Bachelor's Degree; High school diploma or GED
