Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Bristol, VT | $57–$62/hr

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Bristol, Vermont. This opportunity focuses on supporting Pre-K and Early Education students, helping young learners build the communication skills needed for long-term academic and social success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to preschool and early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving services

Qualifications:

  • Active Vermont SLP license
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
