At Valley Presbyterian Hospital, our nurses are essential to delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient care. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Clinical II) to coordinate patient care, support clinical excellence, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation)
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
  • Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams using SBAR
  • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Support infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Advocate for patients and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
  • Support patient throughput, including admissions, transfers, and discharges

What You Bring
  • 1+ year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
