Job title: Graphics Project Coordinator

The Graphics Project Coordinator ensures customer product specifications and item details are translated accurately into MCCโ€™s ERP and Prepress Management platform.ย  Strategically collaborates with internal and external customers to optimize customer-facing interactions and operational efficiencies. Provides critical analysis, feedback, and action to drive positive change and results.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Maintains graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.ย 
  • New Business Onboarding -cohesively works with all internal teams and external customers to ensure new business is established in ERP correctly.ย 
  • Collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure item specifications are clearly defined, able to be re-produced, and translated into the ERP system.ย 
  • Creates, maintains and links required graphic project data and processes to ERP system.ย 
  • Effectively utilizes ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry.ย 
  • Effectively utilizes graphics software for prepress job trackingย 
  • Manages assigned workload in accordance with standard work expectations of quality, service, and productivityย 
  • Essential resource for internal and external pre-pro callsย 
  • Plant liaison for item master questions and/or issuesย 
  • Ensures proper POs are obtained for prepress, tracks jobs progress, and ensure it is turned in for billing (as required).ย 
  • Demonstrates participation and input through Lean Manufacturing methods (SQDC).ย 
  • Work as part of a team that strategically collaborates to fulfill internal and external customer requirements.ย 
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.ย 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.ย  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.ย  Ability to determine root cause of problem and determine corrective actionย 
  • Strong skills in math, data entry, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy are required.ย 
  • Ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group.ย 
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office tools required.ย 
  • Individual must also work independently and is occasionally expected to cooperate with co-workers in creating smooth flow.ย 
  • This position requires the associate to stand or sit for prolonged periods or may be required to lift and/ or move up to 25 lbs.ย ย 
  • Limited travel within North America.ย
