No experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn! You'll start in the warehouse learning the fundamentals before moving toward install work.

What You'll Do:

  • Prep AC units in the warehouse for upcoming installs
  • Learn equipment assembly, parts inventory, and quality checks
  • Assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems as you progress
