Job description

We are hiring Technical Machine Operators at different skill levels to help make electric and telecom cables in a modern manufacturing facility.
You will work on production machines that:
  • Cover wires with plastic or rubber (extrusion).
  • Twist multiple wires and materials into finished cables (cabling).
  • Or support steps like taping, braiding, and cutting cable to length (entry-level production work).
We are hiring for all levels:
  • Entry-level: No machine experience required, we train you on the job.
  • Experienced/skilled: Prior machine, manufacturing, or cable/wire experience is valued and can place you in more advanced machines/lines and higher pay within the range.
Main shifts hiring:
  • 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM.
  • 3rd shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM.
  • 12‑hour night shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM, 2‑2‑3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, etc.).
Pay and extras:
  • Hourly pay range: 20.88 to 31.87 dollars, depending on department, machine, and experience level.
  • Extra shift pays for 2nd and 3rd shift.
  • Performance-based increases and growth from entry-level to more skilled positions.
What you need:
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work standing/sitting in a warm and sometimes noisy factory.
  • Able to speak, read, and write basic English to follow instructions and communicate with your team.
