Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join the advertising team at C Squared Social. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs, conceptualizing design solutions, and bringing them to life through captivating visuals and animations. The Senior Motion designer will also help more junior designers improve their design skills and concepting through thoughtful feedback and coaching. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and exemplary client interaction skills.  


Responsibilities:

 ? Create engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms. ? Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visual concepts. ? Produce animations for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. ? Ensure all motion designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. ? Stay updated with industry trends and implement new techniques. ? Collaborate with the Creative/Art Director on creative direction, and be able to lead direction conversations. ? Help evaluate motion designs and provide coaching to more junior designers on the team.

Qualifications:

 ? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field. ? A minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in an agency or similar. ? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). ? Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: ? Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D). ? Understanding of UX/UI principles.
