Job Title: Sales Representative - Print, Merch, & Apparel

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports to: VP of Sales

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) 

Location: In-Office (no remote), 5000 N Basin Ave., Portland, OR 97217 

Compensation: Open to discuss options DOE such as

  • Commission-based with high earning potential (dependent on performance)

General Summary: We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who wants to build something meaningful. You'll work across print, branded merchandise, and apparel-creating smart, scalable programs for clients who expect more than just a vendor.

Requirements

Minimum Experience and Education Required:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in print, merch, apparel-or a combination 
  • Proven ability to win and grow accounts 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills 
  • Consultative selling mindset 
  • Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM 
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent collaboration across sales, creative, sourcing, and production teams. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
