PrideStaff is seeking a skilled and motivated Screen Press Operatorfor a premier printing and manufacturing company. This role requires strong technical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot finishing equipment.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is deeply committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. This critical role will support a growing manufacturing division as they continue to expand and diversify their business.

Job Responsibilities
  • **Press Operation: **Independently set up and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press.

  • **Troubleshooting & Quality Control: **Resolve printing problems; adjust mechanical operations of the press to maintain optimal quality, registration, color, and production speed.

  • **Materials Handling: **Effectively utilize inks, print-related chemicals, and typical plastic print substrates.

  • **Color Management: **Judge and maintain strict color consistency throughout production runs.

  • **Curing Process: **Ensure proper operation of ultra-violet (UV) curing equipment to guarantee correct ink curing.

  • **Process Improvement: **Identify opportunities for operational improvements, detect potential areas of risk, and share information with key stakeholders to maximize results.

  • **Asset Maintenance: **Efficiently utilize company resources and properly maintain equipment to maximize return on investment.

  • **Safety & Compliance: **Strictly follow workplace safety measures to safeguard all employees and visitors; promptly report workplace risks, incidents, injuries, and near-misses.
