Job Summary

- Uncrating outboard motors
- Safely lifting and setting the motors onto the transom
- Setting the correct transom height
- Drilling and fastening the motors to the transom per the manufacturer's specifications
- Setting wake centerlines
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company safety procedures.
- Operate various power tools, hoists, and production equipment.
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead.
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day.
- Able to perform basic troubleshooting, repair, or rework procedures on typical marine equipment and systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
