ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Conduct appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide clients with financial planning and investment advice (if you have your Series 6, 63, & 65 licenses -- if not, I can help you obtain these)
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance or a relevant financial field.
  • Life/Health insurance license (required).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses preferred.
