Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® is a boutique professional placement firm providing services within Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Florida Gulf Coast, and the national market. PRSG® specializes in providing corporate resources on a retained, contingent, and interim/contractual basis.


The Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying talent to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities within our client organizations. Additionally, this role is an ambassador for our candidates and will be responsible for assuring applicants have a world-class interview and onboarding experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibilities include the attraction of accounting, finance, and human resource talent.
  • Activities include but are not limited to sourcing, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and marketing candidates.
  • Schedule and execute phone screens and virtual interviews.
  • Consult candidates on resume preparation, trends in the market, and what to expect from their job search.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline to meet the clients' demand for resources.
  • Develop and market external job postings via major job boards and social websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions, emerging service-vertical trends, and factors affecting talent supply and demand.
  • Complete proper documentation within proprietary technology to assure efficient delivery strategies are met.
  • Maintain a professional online presence that represents PRSG®'s brand appropriately in the marketplace.
  • Promote PRSG®'s services through participation in professional associations, recruitment events, and other external networking opportunities.
  • Participate in training opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, or sales function
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Tech-savvy - ability to effectively navigate multiple systems
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
