Mobile Patrol Supervisor

Full Time ∙ Precision Private Security

Location: Yuba City, CA

Pay: $21–$24 per hour (DOE)

Mobile Patrol Supervisor | $21–$24/hr. | Yuba City, CA

At Precision Private Security, mobile patrol isn’t just a post, it’s the pulse of our company. We are looking for a seasoned, armed patrol supervisor to lead from the field, enforce standards, and deliver results in real time.

As a Mobile Patrol Supervisor, you’ll guide a team of patrol officers while actively participating in field operations, site inspections, incident response, and real-time decision-making. You’ll be the link between dispatch, clients, and leadership—modeling what accountability, professionalism, and presence look like on patrol.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and supervising a mobile patrol shift with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Conducting site checks, officer accountability inspections, and vehicle/equipment audits
  • Responding to alarms, incidents, and service calls as the shift lead
  • Providing realtime coaching, field training, and disciplinary support as needed
  • Liaising with clients, dispatchers, and company management
  • Maintaining standards of uniform, vehicle presentation, and reporting across the team
  • Required Qualifications

    Must be 25 years of age or older

    Must be ARMED with a valid California Firearms Permit

    Must hold a Chemical Agent (OC) Certificate

    Baton or Energy Weapon Permit

    Valid California Guard Card in good standing

    Clean California Driver’s License & insurable under company policy

    Strong written communication and professional reporting skills

    Ability to operate independently, manage multiple stops, and supervise others in the field

    Must pass a background check, and drug screening

  • Experience with THERMS, Silvertrac, or similar digital patrol/reporting systems
  • Bilingual (especially English/Spanish)
