  • Have a valid California Guard Card in good standing
  • Hold a clean CA Driverโ€™s License and meet insurance requirements
  • Can manage multiple stops with accuracy and urgency
  • Have certifications in baton, OC spray, firearm, or taser (preferred but not required)
  • Can navigate independently, follow digital patrol routes, and document fieldwork like a pro
  • Are 21+, able to pass a motor vehicle check, and physically capable of an active shift
  • Bonus Points For:
  • Prior mobile patrol or field response experience
  • Current firearms permit, lesslethal certifications, or field training history
  • Experience with digital reporting platforms like THERMS, Silvertrac, or Trackforce
  • Bilingual (especially English/Spanish)
