Job description

Seeking to hire a small group of high performers - extremely talented and motivated personal trainers - looking to build a career not a side hustle. You must have professional certification(s) and experience working 1:1 with high-end demanding clients. You should have a BS in the field, MS preferred. Top notch communication skills are essential. Familiarity with client management and organizational skills on the business-side is helpful. Your compensation ranges based on productivity and benefits can become active at 30 hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Session Execution: Lead high-end and professional, 1-on-1 private training sessions with absolute focus, ensuring precise exercise execution, proper form, and optimal safety.
  • Assessment Mastery: Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments, including advanced body composition tracking (via InBody) and functional movement analysis.
  • Program Architecture: Design and manage scientific, customized lifestyle programs that map directly to the Four Pillars: Physical Activity, Purposeful Exercise, Objective Nutrition, and Intentional Recovery.
  • Client Ecosystem Management: Guide and hold clients accountable to their holistic goals outside of the studio, including tracking daily movement targets, reviewing macronutrient/protein goals, and implementing mobility protocols.
  • Brand Excellence: Passionate about upholding the brand. Maintain a spotless, premium, and distraction-free luxury studio environment that respects client privacy and upholds a high standard of customer service.

Certifications & Qualifications:

  • Core Certification: NCCA-accredited personal training certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA).
  • Advanced Specialization &/or Advanced Degree (Preferred): Specialized certifications in Corrective Exercise (CES), Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), Performance Enhancement (PES), or Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification.
  • Cardiorespiratory/Nutrition: Certifications or structured coursework in advanced cardiovascular programming and precision nutrition/macronutrient tracking.
  • CPR/AED: Current and valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
