Specifics of The Role
  • Full-time Medical Oncologist with subspecialty interest to join a growing and vibrant team at the Packnett Family Cancer Institute.
  • Seeking medical oncologists with subspecialty expertise in: Breast, GI, Lung, Head and Neck, Neuro/CNS, Melanoma and Sarcoma. Physicians usually limit their practices to just one or two tumor sites.
  • A unique opportunity to practice academic medicine in a community setting
  • Academic style tumor site teams and tumor boards
  • Low call frequency (<1 in 10) and all at one location
  • Robust support services, including advanced practice providers, precision health, genetics, genomics, nurse and financial navigation, nutrition, cancer rehabilitation, palliative care, and survivorship.
  • Opportunities to pursue scholarly activities such as clinical and outcomes research, and resident training.
