Precision Manufacturing Equipment Technician

Location: Chatsworth, CA

What you’ll do
  • Perform preventative maintenance and detailed inspections on CNC grinders, lathes, mills, and manual machinery.
  • Diagnose issues quickly and complete corrective repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Handle chemicals and oils safely, adhering to PPE and regulatory standards.
  • Document work accurately in the CMMS and escalate equipment concerns appropriately.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
About you
  • Hands‑on mechanical aptitude gained in manufacturing or machining.
  • Working confidence with PLC systems.
  • Comfort with basic computer tools (email, CMMS).
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficient and safe with hand tools and basic power tools.
