A Pre Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales process by working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting solutions that fit those requirements. They collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to create tailored proposals, demonstrations, and presentations. • Support continuous improvement of sales tools, demos, and technical collateral
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electronics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, power transmission/distribution, or grid monitoring technologies
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or applications engineering
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused messaging
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams in closing technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities and customer engagements simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Experience in utilities, energy, or power infrastructure sectors (e.g., utilities, ISOs, EPCs)
  • Familiarity with high voltage asset monitoring, grid automation, or grid-edge technologies
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, IoT platforms, or condition monitoring solutions
  • Experience with hardware/software system integration in industrial environments
  • Understanding of North American grid standards and utility practices
Our Values
  • We work together
  • We believe in people
  • We won’t accept the ‘way it has always been done’
  • We listen to learn
