PRN Pre Admissions Registered Nurse (PAT RN)

Haymarket Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art multi-specialty surgery center committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a comfortable and efficient environment. We take pride in our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who contribute to the success of our patient-focused approach.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a PRN PAT Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-operative assessment of patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from admission to surgery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments of patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding pre-operative instructions and post-operative care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and legal standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient record.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in VA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
