Job description

The Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney will specialize in handling cases related to motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall incidents. Working as part of a small legal team, this role involves thorough case evaluation, managing medical treatment, preparing demand letters, negotiating settlements, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about their case progress. You will be fully supported with your pre-suit team including an intake specialist, paralegals and modern technology (AI, Firm Software, Ring Central, Etc.). Pay rates are based on experience and responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate personal injury cases focusing on motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall claims
  • Prepare detailed demand letters to support settlement negotiations
  • Negotiate effectively with insurance companies and defense firms
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide occasional updates to clients
  • Manage Support Team
