We are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact within our organization. This role requires a strong background in labor and employment, plaintiff personal injury, and family law. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a diverse caseload and a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
2. Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
3. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
4. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in the preparation of cases.
5. Gather evidence from various sources and methods, including interviews, legal research, and document review.
6. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in order to avoid court proceedings.
7. Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations, ensuring they are fully informed of their legal positions.
8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
9. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and plans.
10. Stay updated on current legislation and legal developments pertinent to the field of practice.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in labor and employment, plaintiff personal injury, and family law.
3. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
4. Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to construct viable solutions to complex legal problems.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and effectively manage client relationships.
8. Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
