Construction Site Superintendent – Lead Industrial and Clear-Span Steel Builds

Job Overview:

  • Company: HS Williams Company Inc.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 to $115,000+ per year plus Performance Based Bonus.
  • Location: Chester, VA. -Most work will be performed in-person across VA, Eastern TN, and NC
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 30.


The Opportunity: You will join a legacy-driven industry leader with over 64 years of expertise in pre-engineered metal building construction. As a primary on-site leader, you will drive the successful delivery of landmark industrial projects while mentoring a high-performing field operations team.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct all field operations and trade contractors to ensure project execution aligns with strict design specifications.
  • Champion a world-class safety culture that exceeds OSHA standards through daily oversight and proactive training.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
