Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced corporate and commercial real estate paralegal. This full time role is ideal for a paralegal with at least four years of experience supporting corporate transactions, commercial property matters, contract preparation, and due diligence work. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with corporate transactions including entity formation, governance documents, resolutions, and annual filings
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents for commercial real estate transactions including purchase agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents
  • Manage due diligence for corporate and real estate matters including ordering and reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and lien searches
  • Coordinate communication with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients throughout transaction timelines
  • Prepare closing checklists and manage all pre closing and post closing documentation
  • Assist with drafting contracts, organizational documents, and transactional correspondence
  • Maintain detailed and organized files in accordance with firm procedures
  • Conduct research related to entity records, property information, and corporate compliance
  • Support attorneys with document preparation, transaction scheduling, and ongoing project management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four years of corporate or commercial real estate paralegal experience
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance requirements and real estate transaction procedures
  • Experience with title documents, surveys, property due diligence, and closing coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism

Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
