About the Role:

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to step into an exciting CNA Program Coordinator role based in beautiful Newport Beach, CA. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals by leading and managing a Certified Nursing Assistant training program. If you're a passionate nurse with a heart for education and mentorship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the CNA training program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials for CNA students

Provide clinical supervision and hands-on instruction to CNA students in both classroom and clinical settings

Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and program documentation

Collaborate with healthcare facility partners to coordinate clinical rotations and practicum experiences

Mentor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support throughout the program

Ensure program adherence to California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of California

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting

Prior experience in nursing education, CNA instruction, or program coordination preferred

Strong knowledge of CDPH regulations and CNA certification requirements

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to mentor and inspire students from diverse backgrounds

CPR/BLS certification required
