We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to step into a critical, all-encompassing role within our luxury aesthetic practice. This position is the backbone of daily operations-supporting providers, patients, systems, and leadership.
This is not a basic MA role. This is an elevated, trusted position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, takes ownership, and enjoys being deeply involved in both clinical care and practice operations.
If you're someone who says, "I'll just handle it," this role is for you.
Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off

Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Clinical Support
• Support skincare sales and product education
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Inventory management of medical and aesthetic supplies
• Assist providers with injectable treatments, laser procedures, and advanced aesthetic services, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies, devices, and medications are ready and stocked
• Maintain strict infection control, OSHA compliance, and safety protocols
• Assist with before-and-after photos, patient positioning
• Support patient flow during busy clinic days to keep schedules running on time
Patient Experience
• Deliver a warm, elevated, concierge-level experience from start to finish
• Assist with patient intake, consent forms, and pre/post-treatment education
• Serve as a knowledgeable, calming presence for patients during treatments
• Handle patient questions with professionalism and discretion
Operations & Office Support
• Act as the primary "right hand" to the providers and leadership team
• Manage daily clinic flow, room turnover, and task prioritization
• Support inventory management, ordering, and organization of back-office supplies
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Troubleshoot issues before they become problems
Administrative & Team Support
• Communicate effectively with front desk, estheticians, injectors, and leadership
• Assist with charting, documentation, and systems upkeep as needed
• Help maintain practice standards, protocols, and workflow efficiency
• Step in where needed-this is a true team-first role
Qualifications
Who You Are
• A licensed or certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent clinical experience)
• Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and confident in managing multiple priorities
• A natural problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand environment
• Comfortable with responsibility and accountability
• Emotionally intelligent and team-oriented
• Must have phlebotomy experience.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Experience in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery
• Familiarity with injectables, lasers, or medical-grade skincare
• Experience working closely with leadership or in a fast-growing practice
Why Join Desiréd Aesthetics
• Be part of a highly respected, growing aesthetic brand
• Work closely with an expert clinical team and strong leadership
• Gain exposure to advanced aesthetic treatments and operations
• Opportunity for growth, trust, and increased responsibility over time
• A culture that values excellence, initiative, and professionalism
This Role Is Not For You If
• You prefer a slow-paced or highly siloed position
• You need constant direction
• You're uncomfortable juggling clinical and operational responsibilities
