The Director, Practice Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships across NewBeauty's physician, practice, and med spa network. This individual will serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts while identifying, developing, and executing new partnership opportunities that support NewBeauty's business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated business development professional with experience working within the aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare, or medical practice landscape. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and revenue-generating initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth across NewBeauty's physician, practice, and med spa partnership portfolio
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with physicians, practice groups, med spas, and industry organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and renewal
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce CRM
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals

Partnership & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for key physician and practice partners
  • Develop strategic partnership plans that align client objectives with NewBeauty offerings
  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and ongoing account growth initiatives

Program Leadership

  • Manage and grow participation in NewBeauty's physician engagement programs, including: Top Doctors, Practice Partnerships, Med Spa Initiatives.
  • Support development of new partnership programs and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of client commitments

Industry Engagement

  • Represent NewBeauty at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and practice decision-makers
  • Stay informed on industry trends within aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, and medical practice management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, editorial, marketing, events, research, and operations teams to execute partnership initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation Range:
