This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, business management, and veterinary practice operations.
As Practice Manager, you will collaborate closely with our management team and veterinary leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our locations. You will play a key role in motivating and developing staff, promoting organizational development and culture, and creating positive employee and client experiences.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2โ€“3 years of prior veterinary experience and proven success in managing teams, motivating staff, and promoting professional development. A passion for people, pets, and customer service is essential.
