Job Description:

Position Summary
The Practice Manager / Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the dermatology practice while providing high-level executive support to the physician. This role ensures the office runs efficiently by managing administrative functions, coordinating office resources, and serving as the physician's primary administrative partner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and office service providers.
  • Develop and maintain organized office systems, procedures, and records.
  • Monitor office needs and proactively resolve operational issues.
  • Assist with special projects and practice initiatives as assigned.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
  • Manage the physician's calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Manage email communications, prioritize correspondence, and draft responses when appropriate.
