Job Description:

PAY RANGE: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

SCOPE: Manages practice activities and assigned operational areas, typically in one location with a single line of oncology business (medical or radiation) or in multiple locations with six or less physicians.Assistswith the development of practiceobjectivesto ensure financialprofitability throughshort and long rangeplanningin order toachieve andmaintaingrowth. Continually evaluates practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs, in conjunction withexecutiveleadership team.Supports and adheres to thepractice'sCore Values, Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops andestablishespolicies, procedures, andobjectives. Ensurestheir adequateexecution, compliance, and updates.
  • Analyzes general and specific business conditions as they relate to operational issues andadvisessupervisoron these matters.
  • Within scope of authority, oversees the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activitiesbased upon business needs.
  • Coordinates hardware and software requirements of existing and future systems.
  • Promotes effective communication and adequate information flow within the practice.
  • Oversees the preparation and maintenance of management reports necessary to carry out functions of the practice.
  • Preparesperiodicreports as necessary orrequired.
  • Overseespractice compliance with appropriateaccreditationbody standards.
  • Oversees development and coordination of new office locations and their needs asrequired.
  • Overseesallsite staff in conjunction with department leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree(or equivalent)inhealthcare managementor related business field.Minimumseven years' experience in healthcare management, includingat least two years in a supervisory capacity.

Must be able to view computerscreenand printed material accurately. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs.
