What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across practice sites, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative teams
  • Drive operational and financial performance through budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and leadership to support practice growth and success.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for team members.
  • Monitor reimbursement processes and collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of physician practice management experience required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing budgets, operations, and staff performance
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and revenue cycle processes
  • Associate's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
