Security-cleared Professional: An active TS Clearance is required to be considered for this position.Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience in Agile/Scrum. Other requirements include:Requires experience effectively managing a technical team via Agile.Requires experience in software/R&D environments.Ability to effectively communicate technical information across teams to include bridging technical gaps.Ability to function independently and ability to delegate tasks across teams.Must be able to direct and mentor others on the team.Requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.What you'll do:Facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
