Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity:

Full-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are looking for a Physician with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Modesto, CA.

Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350 . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
