Serves as a key member of the FEV.io leadership team, driving the success of software-centric mobility solutions across the Americas by aligning regional market needs with global engineering and delivery capabilities, and acting as a strategic ambassador to advance growth and customer impact.ย 

  • Lead for regional solution management in the field of intelligent mobility & software in Region Americas, including the integration of the global FEV.io portfolio and its alignment with market and customer requirements.
  • Drive strategic business growth by identifying, shaping, and converting opportunities with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, digital players, and emerging mobility companies.
  • Engage customers at technical and executive levels, providing solution guidance and supporting upselling throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Initiating, successfully acquiring, implementing, and professionally executing large programs - in close collaboration with the global FEV.io teams.ย 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and technical departments to define solution approaches, delivery models, and account strategies.ย 
  • Shape technical roadmaps and manage the solution portfolio together with the Group Vice President and Solution Managers, ensuring strategic coherence and long-term competitiveness for the region Americas.
  • Represent FEV.io's portfolio across all customer levels, including C suite and senior engineering stakeholders.ย 
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key players across industry and academia to strengthen FEV.io's position in the mobility software domain.ย 
  • Analyze market, technology, and competitive trends for the region Americas to derive strategic insights and identify new growth pathways.ย 
  • Drive cross-regional collaboration and contribute to global solution strategy and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of business development or program leadership for complex, global software initiatives in automotive, mobility, embedded, cloud, or digital product environments.
  • Proven ability to win, negotiate, and scale large international software contracts.
  • Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, including agile, DevOps, system integration, validation, and quality frameworks.ย 
  • Strong capability to translate complex technical topics into compelling business value.ย 
  • Confident engagement with engineering leaders and C level stakeholders at top tier customers.ย 
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.ย 
  • Fluent English: additional global languages are a strong advantage.
