Overview

Dental Practice Manager - Bay Area Endodontics

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the business runs efficiently, the team is supported, and patients receive the highest level of care and service. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, financial acumen, and strong team leadership to help drive practice growth and success.

At Bay Area Endodontics, we specialize in advanced endodontic care, including root canal therapy and related procedures. Our team is committed to combining clinical excellence, modern technology, and a patient-focused approach to deliver high-quality care in a welcoming environment. 

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed


Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIs
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Develop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographics
  • Collaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challenges
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality
  • Design and optimize staffing models, manage talent through, training, evaluations, and counseling
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a dental practice
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a large team 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of Business Operations
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 /annually based on full-time employment.
