• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to effectively evaluate clients' needs and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by collaborating with clients to address their unique mental health challenges and personal goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to the client's specific needs.

• Actively participate in case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Educate and support clients' families about mental health issues, recovery processes, and ways they can contribute positively to their loved ones' journeys.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to adults, who face a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will enable you to provide tailored support and interventions that respect the cultural and individual backgrounds of each client.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating an understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Strong communication skills, with a focus on establishing rapport and a trusting relationship with clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings is an advantage, emphasizing an understanding of systemic and social determinants of health.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline client management and enhance care delivery.

• Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and the development of emergency safety plans.
