Join Our Star Endodontic Team in Eugene!

Eugene Endodontics is a specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We believe in creating a welcoming environment for all our patients and aim to provide care with compassion and respect. We are seeking an experienced Dentalย Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk staff. If you have a passion for patient care and the dental field, we want to hear from you!

Highlights of Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing
  • Verify and process patientsโ€™ dental insurance
  • Review treatment plans, insurance, and out-of-pocket costs with patients
  • Collect patientsโ€™ co-insurance at time of service and after service when necessary
  • Enter patient information accurately into practice management software
  • Coordinate appointments and dental record transfers with referring practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and doctors to ensure seamless patient care

This is a full-time Patient Care Coordinator position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 9am-6:30pm

(4 days per week, 36-40 hours. Start time is somewhat flexible/negotiable, however employees must be available to work until 6:30 PM.)

Patient Care Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 monthsย of dental experience is required.
  • Proficiency with dental software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of dental insurance & billing and healthcare policies (HIPAA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability and punctuality
