Overview
Novant Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by building meaningful relationships with patients and their support systems, while collaborating closely with registered nurses and other care team members.
The LPN supports patients throughout their healthcare journey by applying evidence-based practice, clinical skills, and compassion to promote optimal health outcomes. This position operates under the direction of an RN and in accordance with Novant Health policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider.
  • Collect and document patient health information, including vital signs and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
  • Assist with patient education, procedures, and care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and infection control standards.
  • Support a positive, respectful, and patient-focused care environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
