Role Overview:

Could you be our next PR Coordinator? American Income Life is looking for a PR Coordinator to join the team!

This role is responsible for providing quality customer service through direct contact with policyholders, customers, field representatives, and print vendors via telephone, email, fax, and written correspondence. The position involves gathering and reporting information, problem-solving, and reviewing and evaluating various PR/AD&D related reports in a timely manner.

This is a hybrid position located in Waco, TX. (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of print processes for group mailings, including preparation of group membership mailings and related tasks.
  • Perform various clerical duties within the department with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, exercising independent judgment when needed.
  • Apply a basic understanding of PR functions and how they interrelate within the department and company.
  • Meet department deadlines and efficiently handle distribution to appropriate parties.
  • Perform other duties as required by the department.

What You Can Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages required by the department.
  • Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication with proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation.
  • A score of 80% or higher on a spelling skills assessment.
