We are looking for a versatile Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Solutions Division. This role is the "engine room" of our regional marketing team, blending high-impact event management with regional marketing communication support for content creation and sales enablement. You will be responsible for bringing Gore's advanced materials to life at industry trade shows and through compelling collateral development, while ensuring our technical documentation and marketing systems are kept up to date.

  • Marketing Operations: Manage the regional lead lifecycle. You will partner with Marketing Operations to build and deploy email campaigns, manage landing pages, and ensure all leads from events are correctly routed through our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).

  • Capabilities Presentation: Own the annual refresh of the Gore Performance Solutions capabilities presentation, partnering with Product Management, Innovation and Brand to keep content current and field-ready.
  • Business Development & Innovation Support: Provide early-stage marketing support for the Business Development and Innovation functions, helping translate emerging opportunities into simple messaging and collateral ahead of full campaign development by the CoE.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, tradeshow and event management, or sales operations-ideally within a B2B industrial or technical field
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience across at least 2 of our core markets (electronics, semicon, A&D, battery and automotive)
  • A "get it right" mindset with experience supporting content creation for technical documentation, product specifications and customer spotlights
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, non-hierarchical environment
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines, including large-scale trade show booths
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing large-scale industrial trade shows
  • Comfort working with engineers and scientists to translate "spec-speak" into marketing-friendly content
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, InDesign and AI Tools
