About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration to Planview for our financial services client. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing enterprise-level PMO tools migration, understands financial domain governance, and can coordinate across multiple business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Planview migration project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Work closely with PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and migration approach.
  • Ensure seamless migration of data, dashboards, workflows, resource plans, projects, and financials into Planview.
  • Coordinate with Planview SMEs, developers, data migration specialists, and business users to ensure successful transition.
  • Establish and track detailed project plans, risk logs, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, security guidelines, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive UAT, training sessions, documentation, and post-migration support.
  • Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to optimize project portfolio management (PPM) in Planview.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Mandatory experience leading Planview implementation or migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of PPM tools, data migration processes, and portfolio/project governance.
  • Experience working within financial services, banking, or insurance environments.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control in complex environments.
