Job description

Digital Marketing Manager

Shape the Digital Experience at One of Florida's Premier Resorts

Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that inspire travel and drive results? Join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll play a key role in growing the online presence of one of the Emerald Coast's most iconic resort destinations. From the moment a guest discovers our resort online to long after their stay, you'll help create a seamless digital journey that increases engagement, enhances the guest experience, and drives revenue.

Working alongside our Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, and Operations teams, you'll oversee digital campaigns, website content, booking optimization, analytics, and emerging technologies that keep our resort at the forefront of hospitality marketing. If you thrive on data-driven decision making, creative problem solving, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends, we'd love to meet you. NOT A CODING POSITION

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the resort's complete digital customer journey—from inspiration and trip planning through booking, arrival, on-property engagement, departure, and post-stay communications.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, metasearch, and travel media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, ROI, ROAS, cost-per-click, cost-per-booking, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and digital vendors to ensure campaigns are strategically executed, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain and update resort website content, ensuring all information remains accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and reflective of brand standards.
  • Develop and support SEO, GEO, and PPC strategies that improve search visibility, website traffic, and booking conversions.
  • Analyze the online booking journey to identify guest friction points and recommend enhancements that improve conversion and user experience.
  • Create and manage landing pages for seasonal promotions, special offers, weddings, events, golf, dining, spa experiences, and resort campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaign messaging, landing pages, tracking, and creative assets align with advertising objectives and brand standards.
  • Support OTA and third-party travel platforms by maintaining accurate resort information, imagery, promotions, and content in partnership with Revenue Management and Channel Distribution teams.
  • Coordinate creative assets for websites, digital advertising, email marketing, social campaigns, and partner initiatives.
  • Support major digital initiatives including website redesigns, booking engine enhancements, mobile applications, guest-facing technology, and platform integrations.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that improve digital performance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Golf, Marina, Food & Beverage, Spa, Retail, and resort leadership to ensure digital marketing supports business objectives across the property.
  • Stay current on hospitality marketing trends, emerging technology, AI tools, digital advertising innovations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within hospitality, resort, travel, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success managing paid search, paid social, display advertising, programmatic campaigns, metasearch, and travel media partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative testing, budget management, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance using metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, booking revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital reporting platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), PPC, website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and campaign tracking.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking engines, OTA platforms, channel distribution, and hospitality technology preferred.
  • Experience working with website content management systems (CMS) and making website content updates.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.

Why You'll Love Working Here

Every day is different at our award-winning resort. You'll help shape the digital presence of a destination featuring more than 2,400 acres of adventure, four championship golf courses, a world-class marina, luxury accommodations, incredible dining, beautiful beaches, vibrant events, and unforgettable guest experiences. You'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while working alongside passionate hospitality professionals in one of Florida's most beautiful coastal destinations.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while analyzing data, creating reports, and managing digital campaigns.
  • Frequent use of computers, multiple monitors, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to view computer screens for prolonged periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, including typing and mouse usage.
  • Occasionally walk throughout the resort to capture content, attend meetings, support events, inspect marketing placements, and collaborate with operational teams.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of marketing materials, promotional items, signage, or office supplies.
  • May occasionally work outdoors in varying weather conditions while photographing resort amenities, attending events, or coordinating marketing initiatives.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as needed throughout the resort.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to support special events, resort activations, photo/video shoots, and marketing campaigns.
  • Must possess reliable transportation to travel between various resort locations as needed.
