  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand maxbone's assortment and brand equity in pet fashion, accessory, nutrition and wellness.
  • Continuously assess existing assortment performance, identify opportunities to accelerate revenue and profit growth, and own decisions around assortment modifications, removals, and additions.
  • Manage product launch timing and communication with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on creative, merchandising, and operational readiness.

Amazon Channel Management:

  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central strategy and performance, leading the marketplace manager to execute day-to-day operations and optimization.
  • Set and surpass channel specific revenue targets, fueled by sales forecasts and KPIs.
  • Scout market dynamics and shopper passions; analyze demographic, consumer lifestyle, and competitor data to identify opportunities and create strategic differentiation.
  • Optimize Amazon listings, pages, and content for peak conversions, collaborating with Marketing on captivating creative assets.
  • Implement strategic keywords, elevate SEO, and update content to soar in organic rankings.
  • Manage Paid Media campaigns, ensuring ROI and brand allure.
  • Conduct Amazon-centric experiments, such as A/B testing, to refine content, listings, and advertising blueprints.
  • Recommend additional channels beyond Amazon, i.e. Chewy or others.
