Job description

Responsibilities

• Flawlessly deliver PowerPoint presentations including the use of visually effective and attractive data displays

• Create visual concepts based on direction from account teams and clients

• Review and revise account team PowerPoint presentations to ensure accuracy and quality control

• Edit presentations including formatting changes, resizing, touch-ups, etc., saving in the proper format, flow, and consistency, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Execute tasks and prioritize projects while meeting competing or changing deadlines in high-pressure situations

• Have the ability to consistently prioritize projects while effectively and efficiently communicating with all practice verticals and levels within the agency.

• Ability to tell a compelling story through means of presentation – Able to transform complex concepts into understandable messages for intended audiences

• Ability to communicate and work alongside all levels and practice verticals within the agency

• Contribute and develop overall agency presentation standards and procedures


Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PowerPoint Design

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator

• Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box ideas

• Outstanding communication skills especially strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to self-manage and work within a team environment

• Ability to work closely with senior management and while adhering to project requests and guidelines

• Ability to think strategically and translate topline creative requests into high-quality content

• A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
