Role Summary

We’re looking for a Presentation Designer to join our creative team at Suffolk. 

This role is focused on bringing ideas to life through clear, compelling, and highly polished PowerPoint presentations. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business, including senior leadership, to translate complex thinking into simple, visual stories that drive understanding and action. 

This is not just a production role. We’re looking for someone who can think, structure, and elevate content, not just format slides. You’ll play a key role in shaping how important ideas are communicated across the company.

  • Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, client pitches, and internal storytelling
  • Translate rough content, outlines, or conversations into clear, structured, and visually engaging decks
  • Help shape the narrative and flow of presentations, not just the visuals
  • Create clean, modern layouts, diagrams, and data visualizations that simplify complex ideas
  • Partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to refine messaging and presentation approach
  • Build and maintain PowerPoint templates, systems, and standards to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Elevate the overall quality of presentations across the organization
  • Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Source and integrate imagery, icons, and visual elements that elevate storytelling and align with brand standards 

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or an in-house environment
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint as a primary design tool
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and visually strong presentations for executive-level audiences
  • Ability to take unstructured input and turn it into a compelling story
  • Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity
  • Strong visual judgment, including the ability to source and select imagery that reinforces messaging, creates emotion, and improves clarity
  • Experience visualizing data, processes, and systems in simple, digestible ways
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience incorporating motion or animation within PowerPoint to enhance storytelling is a plus
  • Portfolio required with examples of presentation design and visual storytelling work
  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and navigating feedback
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
