Pedrollo Group USA is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of our industry-leading brands. This is an opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys transforming technical products into compelling marketing that drives customer engagement and business growth.

You'll partner with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Business Development teams to develop impactful marketing materials across print, digital, retail, and eCommerce channels. From launching new products and designing catalogs to creating trade show displays, websites, videos, and digital campaigns, your work will directly influence how customers experience our brands.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership of projects from concept to completion, and has a passion for producing polished, high-quality creative work.

What You'll Do
  • Design compelling marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including catalogs, brochures, advertisements, presentations, packaging, and sales collateral.
  • Create engaging graphics and content for websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop product launch materials that support new product introductions and sales initiatives.
  • Design retail merchandising materials, product displays, planograms, and pointofsale assets.
  • Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell product and brand stories.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Business Development to translate technical information into effective marketing communications.
  • Support trade shows, customer presentations, promotional campaigns, and special marketing initiatives.
  • Manage creative assets within HubSpot to support lead generation and marketing automation efforts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customerfacing communications.
  • Produce and edit photography and video content when needed.
  • Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 45+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both print and digital design.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Expertlevel PowerPoint design and presentation development skills.
  • Experience creating marketing materials for product launches, sales enablement, retail merchandising, and trade shows.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Videography and video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or technical product organizations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
