Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior CNC Programmerto join our advanced manufacturing team. This role is critical in developing and optimizing complex 3- and 5-axis CNC programs using CREO and PowerMill CAM software, ensuring efficient, precise, and safe machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operation, programming, and troubleshooting, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and optimize 3- and 5-axis CNC programs usingCREO & PowerMill CAM software. 
  • UtilizeVericutsoftware for collision detection and program verification. 
  • Operate and troubleshoot CNC mills, with a focus on5-axis machining. 
  • Provide clear, concise instructions to associates formaterial preparationandmachine setup. 
  • Design and implementautomated "lights-out" 5-axis CNC operationsfor increased efficiency. 
  • UseCREO CAD softwareto design parts and create accurate rough stock models for programming. 
  • Maintain and communicate updates to theCNC tooling library, including standard and special setup tools. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CNC mismatches and surface finish issues, ensuring high-quality output. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
