Job description

$1500 Employee Referral Program
Powerhouse Operator ( Licensed)
This is a job position with expectations of the team member is a licensed boiler operator for the state of Arkansas and has the ability operate the powerhouse.
What you will do:
  • Work in confined spaces and height in excess of 20 feet.
  • Perform maintenance activities.
  • Maintain all heavy equipment (including cleaning, oiling and greasing).
  • Perform regular cleanup duties.
  • Show initiative, self-motivation, good work habits and attendance, good safety record and good housekeeping.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Perform regular housekeeping duties.
  • Proficient computer skills

What you will need to be successful:
  • Boiler License for the state of Arkansas
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Be willing and able to work a schedule which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be willing to work rotating shifts.
  • Willing and able to work on an emergency call-in basis when required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and deliver value to the team.
  • Willingness and ability to cross-train to learn new jobs and skills.
  • Consistent, predictable attendance.
  • Comply with all West Fraser safety policies and procedures.
